Anthony David Gonzalez played American football for 17 seasons, as an offensive tight end within the National Football League. Gonzalez's claim to be retiring from the NFL following the year 2013 wasn't true. On the 15th of March 2013, Gonzalez agreed to sign with the Falcons a 2-year contract for 14 million dollars. Following the retirement of Randy Moss, 37-year-old Gonzalez had his final season as the NFL's active leader in receiving yards.
