The family was born from Mumbai, India and raised in Nigeria up to 7 years old, Contractor was well-informed about world travels and a variety of different cultures from a young age. She was invited to attend Stratford's conservatory, a program where only four men and eight women can take a 20 weeks crash program in classical theatre.
